Just setup - can't access from mobile phone on local network
I can't access Immich by typing the ip and port of the machine that is hosting immich either through the android app or through the mobile browser. Can access other services I have running such as audiobookshelf though.
Is anyone able to give advice?

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.

how do you expose the port/ip to the machines you are trying to access from?
I haven't exposed the port yet, when i've set up things like radarr/sonarr I've been able to access from my mobile locally by just typing in the IP
I guess I need to do that manually in the firewall on my desktop?
Im assuming you've checked that you ip hasn't changed from your dns/ipv4 server...
Yeah, I just added an inbound rule in the firewall on my desktop and that was the issue
