Jobs stuck in queue
Jobs seem to be stuck in a queue - workers are available but not processing requests

Are you still seeing this issue?
Yep
Is support better to contact?
I am having the same problem right now
For more context - I was pretty consistently having this issue while trialing runpod - I managed to get one request actually running in serverless but the rest have just stayed queued
Also this is for a run invocation - not a build
On a weekend, yes - but today I am a little more faster. You can always still email
help@runpod.io though :)
If you're testing a new endpoint it's possible that you're just waiting for the Docker Image to download still?Would it help if I send the endpoint id? And nope the build did work and I got a request through
Just every other one I’ve tried has been queued and not run
I can look, yeah
Haha ok
So I think I found the issue
I had like $0.20 in my account because was just testing. Added $10 and now all working fine - I’m guessing there’s some logic to not run jobs if user credits are at a certain lower limit
That would do it too! Haha not gonna lie off your diagnosis I was a little confused and I didn't even consider that
Yeah just weird that one went through but maybe the limit is $0.25 haha - just as feedback maybe good to flag that as an error in the use case that someone is evaluating short running jobs on the platform
Jobs seem to be stuck in a queue(loadbalancer ep) - workers are running but not processing requests
