Trying to setup the repo in local for dev. Throwing error with docker pull

I am following the instructions here https://docs.immich.app/developer/setup#server-and-web-apps and when i run the make dev . I get the following errors

The rest of them gets installed but i don't see the ui in localhost:3000.
