project not getting created
it's been 5-6 hours since i created this project
it is still showing loading issue

this is my second project in the free tier
Only support can unstick something like this. Put Project Stuck Coming up in title. It could take a long time though to get results.
If this is a new project you might try moving it to a new Org then deleting the Org. Then try creating a new project.
