failed to sync record from REST API
I got this issue when upgrading from 2024-10 to 2025-10 API (trace ID: 913fbaf65eb22f1346132713b23bf955)
What's wrong with that?

Hi Justin,
We are looking into this
It looks like a reconsiliation sync ran shortly after the API update, and that sync was running the old 2024-10 which threw those errors.
We cancelled the sync on the back end.
You will need to run a sync with a
syncSince of 3 days ago to ensure theres no missed data.
