CTD when both loading a save & starting a new game

Hi yall, just went on a minor binge installing new mods. All of them should be compatible with 1.1, but I'm getting a CTD when I either load into a save or start a new save, and I can't read the crash log well enough to find anything obvious.

oops, tried copypasting my modlist with SMM but it uploaded my crash zip twice instead

yeah, full modlist works as long as fix the bulb is disabled. some funky incompatibility with a different mod perhaps
