You do not have permission to create a project
Whenever I try to create a new organization, I get this message.
Whenever I try to open a new project under that organization, I get this message.
I can't even upgrade my subscription becuase it just says $NaN to get faster support or possible resolve this issue.
Unsure of what to do. On github it said issue was resolved, no help on reddit, discord previous threads said to clear cache, storage, etc. I tried.
I tried creating new supabase acc via github login, same issue. Via personal email which connected or is pointed to my first github account supabase account.
Really confused and it doesnt work. I created project 90+ days ago, and it was working, but havent used Supabase in about 6 months, so maybe that is why my account is broken? But doesnt explain why I face new issue.

I can help with that it sounds like a corrupted Supabase account or billing metadata issue, which can happen after inactivity or when linked identities (like GitHub) get mismatched. Have you already tried creating a new organization using a different email not connected to your GitHub account?
Yeah, I just tried using a temp-mail and other stuff. No luck
It just takes me to the help and questions page
I looked at 3 other similar posts on Discord, 2 didnt have solution, one had solution from 11 days ago and all they said was that they cleared the storage and resigned in, and I followed it step by step

I still haven't found any resources that worked and Supabase is not likely to respond to my email if I dont have a subscription (which I can't even buy, I've been trying)

Did you try a different browser and device?
