Preview branch not being made?
Hey all, not sure why this is occuring but I made a preview (and then persistent after 30 min) to try and make some new columns for feature testing on my app. It's been over 12 hours and the tables have not been duplicated, and status just says "Waiting for run to start" as seen below. Any ideas? Just want a duplicate of my prod branch with no data in the tables

There are issues in various regions on creating new instances.

But I don't know the branching process and potential error points.

Interesting, but I am in US so not sure if that would affect me
Unless a branching user comes along support is probably your best bet.
If possible have you tried another branch to see if it is just that instance?
