Game Crashes Death
So, whenever I happen to die in my Playthrough. Normally it's because I forgot the area around me with my Hover pack and I fall from a height and I die or it's from radiation.
But, after the death. I get a Game Crash and an Unreal Engine Error Message pops up.

I used to play on Vulcan Expiramental and I've changed it back to the default Launch Settings
it's not clear from the log which mod is crashing other than "blueprint mod is failing to do something when the new player's HUD is built", you will have to do this

my guess would be GameTime or DDRate so maybe start with those
My friend and I did notice that the Blueprint Designer has a flaw with the Mod - Powered Foundations and that the Powered fOundations don't register from Blueprints
Maybe that's part of it?
The offending mod is More Swatch Slots. Removing that one stops the crashing.

if you have some time, could y'all check if the crash happens with just that mod (as in, no other mods except its dependencies need to be installed for it to crash)?
I'll prob be looking into this tomorrow. It's already 2am EST here and I'm about to put myself in a safe spot and AFK once I can confirm I'm able to get back in
Yeah KUI has a really bad DS support I already know that but no time to fix that/find the issue π
