URGENT: Project stuck on “Resizing Project Compute size” for 6+ hours – ID: ojkpunxqwvmznrwsljvg
Hello Supabase team,
My project has been stuck on “Resizing Project Compute size” for over 6 hours, and the dashboard is completely frozen — I can’t access any settings or data.
Please escalate this issue and manually restart or cancel the resize job as soon as possible.

Contact support and title ticket Project Stuck Resizing.

Its been 11hours and its still saying resizing
Did you get the response email with a ticket #? If not check spam.
That region is listed as having issues.
This is a user helping user forum mainly and not support.
Are users able to use this from the api? Or is that locked as well
I checked i got nothing like they said that may help in 2-3 bussines day

I just bought pro and micro to make my web site load faster and it still resizing
Its been 11hours
As i know it should resize for 2 min not 11hours and still resizing
Is it just the dashboard not working or also your website not working...

Its loading when i try to sign up
It says load failed
And supabase told that during it system will go off
I need supabase admins to fix that issue
Seems quite worrying that issues like these that could impact your users uptime, isn't reported on the status page as anything more than a message instead of possible API outage. Makes me think of perhaps self hosting since their status page uptime isn't reliable. Like if something like this fails it should at least roll back to the previous configuration
I can not see anything in every section it shows resizing
Whole supabase project still resizing
While any project in the affected regions could auto resize and then be locked for all users
That why i reported my problem to supabase support

i lost alot of money making all this also payed for pro supabase
Of course this can be fixed by supabase
I am talking about how this is quite disappointing from Supabase. Both how they misleadingly report their uptimes on the page since this is a partial outage but only reported as a message on their status page
And that they should do better defense like not starting a resize if it can't be finished and keeping the old instance provisioned so they can rollback if a upgrade or resize fails
