not a technical issue but cannot sign in. need support like immediately

Did you set up two factor auth?
If not there is a random issue like that. Using another browser, device or VPN usually takes it away and in time the original browser works again.
If those don't work contact support@supabase.com.
I did but i no longer have access to the 2fa so need support
i was using a chrome extension (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/authenticator/bhghoamapcdpbohphigoooaddinpkbai?hl=en)

Authenticator generates two-factor authentication codes in your browser.
and supabase was gone from it after i updated my browser
Then you need to email them. Note they do say though about it:
