URGENT: Accidental DROP TABLE β Free plan, willing to upgrade
Hi everyone, sorry to bother you, but I really need urgent help.
One of my collaborators accidentally dropped all database tables today (October 13th, around 4:20 PM CET) in my Supabase project (Project ID: lckxirrmqaumhulvpatn).
I already opened a support ticket (SU-275642), but Iβm on the Free plan.
Iβm absolutely willing to upgrade and pay for one month of the Pro plan if that allows the team to help me recover a snapshot or any internal backup (even partial). This project is very important to me β any guidance or help would mean a lot. π:supabase:

Every user who has done the upgrade says there are 7 days of daily backups there from while Free. BUT it is not documented so minor risk of it changing.
Hi, I heard Free plan users may have 7 days of daily backups. I canβt see any backups in my project. Can you tell me where to find them or how to access them?
Thanks!
Did you upgrade?

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood: if I upgrade to the Pro version now, will the backups be unlocked and become immediately available? Also, will any existing backups be transferred and accessible after the upgrade? Thanks a lot for your help!β
Re-read the first reply Gary gave as it explains all this.
Thank you again for the reply and for the clarification! :supafire: π
