Pro Plan - Problem with upgrading in progress
Hey @supabase @supabasedev, my project (ref: [5e2290e9c267063656640f4021b5ddc3]) has been stuck on the "upgrading" screen for 7 days now. I'm completely blocked and haven't heard back from support. Can someone please take a look? Thanks!

This is a user helping user forum and not monitored regularly by Supabase.
If you leave your ticket # I can try and get an employee to check if it is the infra queue or not.
Also that is a bit of an odd project key as they have always been just letters.

An employee looked and it got stuck in some mode after being worked and got lost in the process. It is in the queue to be fixed now. My understanding is that that queue is much shorter than last week.

Once the contact I have insures it is in the right queue they can't speed up the infra team. What region was this in? There are still capacity issues in several.
Thanks again for your help and attention. My region is AWS | sa-east-1. Any plans for regularization?
We only have the status info here. Supabase is asking AWS for extra capacity but AWS can't keep up. I do know they reserve blocks of instances and it is not a 1 at a time adder for AWS.
SA-east-1 is not in the capacity limited warning though right now, so probably just getting to it in the queue.
