Supabase forcing me to upgrade

I’ve been using Supabase for a few months for my side project. Today, I received an email stating that my project will be paused if I don’t upgrade. My app has decent usage — I’ve attached screenshots of this month’s usage. My email is gulzar.dev@outlook.com.

Could you please clarify what “sufficient usage” means?
