Lost access to Supabase project after removing Vercel integration
Hi everyone!
I was trying to rotate our Supabase service-role key, but the key looked locked in Vercel (managed by the integration), so I made a mistake and removed the Supabase → Vercel integration to see if I could change it manually. As soon as I did that, the Vercel managed organization disappeared from my Supabase account, and now the project ref shows “project not found.”
Reinstalling the integration doesn’t help, it only offers my personal org/projects, not this one. The database should still exist, but I can’t access the Supabase dashboard or run queries anymore.
Has anyone run into this before and found a way to reclaim the project? I’ve opened a support ticket ( SU-272430 ) but I am on a free plan so haven’t heard back, so any tips would be super helpful.
