just for clarification, is this asking if we're allowed to bring it or if we're allowed to use it
we’re allowed to bring it to school but in-class rules vary teacher to teacher
some let you keep the phone but not use it
some make you put it up in a rack
others let you use it fully except for tests and stuff

weather or not you can physically have your phone with you in class and use it very occasionally

we can have it in our bags or pockets but NO using.
