"Org exceeded its usage quota" notice while it did not

I just received a mail saying my org exceeded its usage quota, while it did not (not even at 20% usage).
Did anyone face the same issue ? How can I fix this ?
Idk how to reach the support asap, as they give priority to paid plans.
