International content pipeline
We have a lot of national groups, which is awesome. Many of them have their own website, their own socials, their own flyers... I suspect there is a lot of work duplicated, and a lot of useful materials remain unused / unknown. We should work on preventing this.
- A figma template
- A github repo for the website (which can be cloned / edited)
- A public drive folder with press materials / photos
- A #news channel, which can serve as inspiration for national leads to post
- A content pipeline designed for re-use. Maybe we're close to it (#comms-pipeline channel) but it deserves some more thought. Maybe auto-generated translation stuff somewhere? Maybe a big folder with non-time-sensitive post ideas? We have a lot of stuff on X, which coul
- Monitoring. A way to observe how much is being posted by national chapters, and how much engagement there is. This can help us identify posts that do very well, or maybe chapters that require some extra support / help.
- Structured guidance. A way for global to help national chapters with comms stuff in a coordinated fashion.
