Populate UPLOAD_LOCATION

So i'm following this youtube tutorial: https://youtu.be/ZJH3ee-fnCc?si=_qJEH80ZH8RPtmDA&t=188
In the .env file I put
# The location where your uploaded files are stored
UPLOAD_LOCATION="\\wsl.localhost\docker-desktop\home\Nick\docker\immich-app\library"

I don't think that's right. but thats what youtuber does. Right click copy path location, and pastes it in the file. However his located is on the main system, where's mine is in the linux system. He never explains or show a change of locations though :V I also feel like he just does steps that should be expected, but for those who don't know docker, they're just left to F*** off, because how dare I don't know something.

Any help please o,....,o My head hurts.
