small reqs regarding UI "file browser"
1. add a back/ "up tree" button to go back a directory level. this has been an "I want this" annoyance many times already.
2. allow defining which files are "pinned" in that top section of the explorer. I realize that right now it's showing the proj dir root. I almost think of it as a "Favorites" section. Perhaps a higher up separate "Favorites" section? defined by some config somewhere?
