Error Loading Image after Restoring [CasaOS]

Using CasaOS, had an issue with the app and I installed a different version of it from the app store within CasaOS, original was big-bear-immich, new one is just immich. Followed the restore docs with the following commands.

docker-compose down -v

docker start immich-postgres

On older version 1.32.2 so did not do pull command, and for whatever reason this CasaOS instance is immich-postgres not immich_postgres, had many issues before I figured this out.

I copied over the upload directory in its entirety to the new app.

After starting the app back up I was prompted the usual login, not admin first creation prompt and all the metadata and "frames" of images and videos are present but no thumbnails, cant download and thumbnail creation job doesn't work.

Please let me know what logs and info are helpful to solve and instructions on how to obtain such information, I only started messing with the backend to fix this issue.

I have no idea how to obtain the env file or if I even have it, been googling for ages but the only thing I can find is that CasaOS docker implementation doesn't need it? Here is the docker yml.

Additional steps tried, creating/assigning permissions to .immich file in each sub folder.
sudo touch .immich && chmod 666 .immichsudo touch .immich && chmod 666 .immich
No changes to issue.

Also uploading a duplicate image is detected and stopped.

Well I feel really stupid but its pretty easy to miss cause there aren't many issue tickets for people restoring using CasaOS.

This config file is basically the ENV and for some reason it was pointing to a completely wrong folder in a shared media directory. I just changed it to the appdata app specific folder which is where the images actually get uploaded to.

100% caused by the fact that I was using different verions of the same app. Why there is multiple authors and versions of the same app beats me.

Hopefully anyone else with this issue will see this.

I also had a bunch of other issues during this process and for the most part I just had to uninstall and click on delete data and related files to clear everything up.

Just make sure to move/copy your upload folder contents to a different folder before you do that cause it does delete everything.
