From what I can tell, it looks like you're still in an edited playlist. Am I correct with the guess?
Yeah, like the guy above said you're in the edited playlist. Do R L R R L L R R R L L L and you should revert to default playlist.
The help post can be locked, it actually wasn't as I thought it was, the issue was that the watch was different scrolling setting
