Mastra Core 0.21.1 OpenAI streaming issue

I've upgraded from:

"@mastra/core": "^0.20.2",
"@mastra/memory": "^0.15.6",
"@mastra/pg": "^0.17.2",

To:

"@mastra/core": "0.21.1",
"@mastra/memory": "0.15.7",
"@mastra/pg": "0.17.4",

And started getting errors when streaming with OpenAI. Both my PromptInjectionDetector and Agent are generating errors like:

When I downgrade to:

"@mastra/core": "0.21.1",
"@mastra/memory": "0.15.7",
"@mastra/pg": "0.17.4",

The issue disappears. I can stream to Anthropic on the latest version without issue.

Anybody else experiencing this issue, or am I doing something wrong?
