User is banned
Hello,
We can't access our Supabase account. When we try to log in, we get a message that the account is blocked.
I have already sent an email through the support form, but it has been over 12 hours and we have not received any response.
Can anyone advise what we can do?
I have not received any emails or notifications with warnings or information about a potential violation.
My payments for the service have been successful and were made from a company card.
