As per the title, is there a way to have WebVM support a filesystem with a size larger than 2 GB?

CheerpX does not support single disk images larger than 2GB, but you can mount multiple 2GB images in the filesystem if you split our data in different directories,

See here for more information on the mount point configuration: https://cheerpx.io/docs/reference/CheerpX.Linux/create#mounts

Supporting more that 2GB is also possible using a different disk backend that we can make available to commercial users. Let us know if that sounds interesting to you.
