Constant Choppiness/Lag Despite Good PC Specs
I've been having a humongous amount of issues in my modded world. whenever a boss starts spawning projectiles and such I've been getting huge dips in performance when frame skip is on. (for reference I am doing a calamity fargo run with eternity death mode if it matters)
Now the simple solution would be to just turn it off but whenever I do I get huge slowdowns so bad the game is in practically slow motion. (game goes from 60 to about 40 fps and on subtle it goes from 60 to about 45ish) I've never had these issues before and never noticed them until I started this playthrough but every mod I've disabled and thought could be the problem doesn't seem to fix the problem. Is there any real solution to this? Or is it my pc just not as good as I thought it was
Things Ive tried
- launching with opengl
- launching with vulcan
- using high priority
- using realtime priority
- backgrounds off
- low graphics
- clientside lag reduction (mod from workshop)
- zoom 102% with different lighting (gave a 5 fps boost and that was really it)
My specs on my pc are as follows
32 gbs ddr4 ram
ryzen 9 5900x
amd radeon rx 6800 16gb vram
My modlist is attatched to this post, I used the enabled.json
