yes of course, thats under /settings leveling basic > level up settings
you'll need to switch the mode to messages, then you can set a level up channel

/rank server, its says im level 5 but didnt grant me the role..
is there anything im doing wrong by any chance?

Does ayako have manage roles permissions and is her highest role above the level roles
she has admin, i just gave ayako the highest role

So im not entirely sure what's happening, but i've joined your server with my debugging alt account Wowies and will monitor the situation to figure out the cause.
Though, looking at your configuration, it probably has to do with your level-multiplier channel (which is not your fault)
did you give yourself admin through ayako? Would you like me to do it?

i believe your level-multiplier-channel setting is causing it to take a few additional messages for ayako to give out the role, but she will do so rather sooner than later

you set up a multiplier on your chat channel, that gives 3 times the amount of xp per message
you can look it up in
/settings leveling multi-channels Is 1.5 the default?
1 is the default
you can also just delete the setting if you didnt want this intentionally
