Machine learning server idle cpu usage.

Hello, Can anyone help me to understand why is the machine learning server idle usage is 4-5x higher usage than the server/redis? There is no photos uploaded to be process in this time range (single user) container log attached in comment, last 24 hour, I think 2 ML process of 5 minute as indicate from graph also.

ml server log attached. everything is latest since this is few days old server yaml is basic as per OpenVINO recommendation:
