Corne with premium case left half bottom row not working (pin 100 on n!n)

Hi reporting this issue because the bottom row on my 3x6 corne's left half doesn't work. I have tried swapping nice!nanos and have narrowed it down to the nice!nano rather than the PCB or solder joints (the other nice!nano from the right side works just fine when reflashing firmware) and the right side now has the exact same issue (bottom row doesn't work). I've had this corne for a while and the premium case for a decent bit as well. I have no idea what could be causing this for the n!n to be broken as I haven't really opened the keyboard for a while until it broke (yesterday). I haven't been using magnetic charging or anything funky either.

Thanks for the detailed debugging — the fact that the issue follows one nice!nano and the exact same row fails on either half strongly points to a dead/ESD-damaged GPIO on that nice!nano (sounds like P1.00 “pin 100”). Quick things to rule out before replacing: - Inspect and reflow that specific pin on the nice!nano and its mating socket/header. Look for a tiny bridge to adjacent pins and make sure the pin actually seats fully in the socket/no‑solder header. - Verify the bottom row’s pin mapping on our Corne pinout to confirm you’re checking the right pin: https://docs.typeractive.xyz/build-guides/corne-wireless/troubleshooting - If you’re using EZ-solder/Mill-Max, check that pin isn’t pushed up, cracked, or bent at the nano. If it’s still dead: - Easiest/most reliable: replace that nice!nano. - If you purchased it from us recently, email hello@typeractive.xyz with your order number and we’ll see what we can do. - Advanced workaround: reroute that row to a spare nice!nano pin and update firmware. - You’d need a small bodge wire from the PCB’s row pad to a spare pin listed here (Spare pins table): https://docs.typeractive.xyz/build-guides/corne-wireless/troubleshooting - Then update your ZMK shield config to use that spare pin. Note: firmware change alone isn’t enough without the hardware reroute. The premium case itself shouldn’t cause a single row to die, but while you’re in there, ensure nothing metallic is contacting the header area or pressing on the nano. If you want me to double‑check which exact pin your bottom row uses or review photos of the solder on that pin, reply here or tag me and I’ll help.

(Everything on the PCB works with the other nice!nano)

Are you still facing the same issue? Seems like its similar to the one I had for the second time? 🙁 https://discord.com/channels/924164891990978570/1436824900731015169 My other Corne which is wired and works with Pro Micro never had a single problem in years. Something in the nice!nano doesn't feel right. There's quite a few posts in the Help channel complaining that suddenly a row just stops working. Do you remember if you charged yours in the day you started noticing this issue?

I charged mine but I never charged it with a magnetic cable, only magnets I have on the corne were for tenting judging by the amount of people having this issue it could just be some hardware issue or ESD(?) with the case or something else entirely. I will probably try to send out an email to support soon just been swamped with other things
