Delete all file storage
Hey. I'm currently on the hobby plan and my file storage is full. It has accumulated over time without even using the app - its just for my own store. Now I'd like to delete everything in the file storage, maybe without having to pay. I would like to know what exactly caused the storage to run out, but since my app is blocked due to the hobby plan, I can't check my code. The file storage should only be used, when I upload fotos via my gadget app, which I didn't do in the last two months.

Could you please share the app URL and I can take a look
Hey, thanks. How can I share the app URL?
You can copy and paste it here
I'm aware that I can copy it here. It just took me a while to find the URL since I don't have any access in my gadget account due to it being deactivated. I found this URL in my shopify partner account. I hope it's the correct one:
https://image-variant-manager.gadget.app
That looks to be correct. You should still be able to get into the account and see the apps that you have. Is that not the case?
So it looks like your account has been like this for a few months. The reason being, you have a model with the file field which is using more file storage than allowed by the Hobby plan
Yes, I can see the app, but I don't know where I can see the corresponding url.
Yes, I have a file field, that should be used every time I upload an image via the app. And every time the app restarts it should delete every image on the server. The strange thing is, that it progressively fills up the storage, even if I dont use the app. I receive emails every few days telling me that 50, 60, 70 etc percent of the storage is being used without me even using the app. I didn't have time to correct this issue in the last two months, but now I'd really like to fix this
Are you just asking to regain access so you can assess and fix the bug?
Well I'm simply a bit lost and I was wondering if someone else has experienced the same issue. Of course Id like to have instant access again, but in 3 days my billing period will be reset, so i think I can wait. Else id just pay the 35 dollars for a month or so. But actually I'm wondering, why the app could use storage space when not in use. That's the part I really can't wrap my head around.
Once your app is unpaused, could you please let me know? I'd like to help you track this down
