existing organizations table

I already have an organizations table and just realized the organizations plugin. My migration plan is to rename the table from

organizations

organizations

organizations

organizations ->

organization

organization

organization

organization. and change the id column from

uuid

uuid

text

text

. I also have additional columns on this table like

address

address

city

city

city

city, etc

Everything seems to be working so far but wondering if there's any implications going from

uuid

uuid

text

text

? Is it fine to go with this approach? After I migrate existing orgs would have a uuid but those are strings anyways so I'm guessing this is fine
