mastra cloud stops working, no errors, no logs
Hello! We continue to struggle getting mastra cloud to work with our fairly basic deployment. It works for a few minutes after we deploy it. But when returning later, it does not work, returning 524 errors or timing out.
Current deployment ID is: 9ce9bfef-6e86-40e6-bf92-84981358c73b
I'd pay to make this work.

@Romain @Shane (@mastra) anyone .... is there anyone that can help us make mastra cloud actually work?
It says its running. It does run for a few minutes. Then just stops working. SOmetimes giving cloudflare errors, sometimes with no errors at all
@Ward
We moved away from Mastra cloud early on because we had so much trouble with it. You've since made some great updates, but here we are again, it just doesn't consistently work and it's hard to know why.

What happened?
The origin web server timed out responding to this request.
The likely cause is an overloaded background task, database or application, stressing the resources on the host web server.
Restarting studio (whatever that is) does NOT fix the problem. ONLY deploying does.
Yeah asking internally... have the same issue with my own projects
If I had to guess, which I have to, as there are not errors or other log output: it used to be super slow after idle for a while. That same mechanism now seems to just fail permanently after being idle for a while.
@Ward I think what we're going to do now is just setup an hourly automatic re-deploy to keep it up and running
I notice there are "access tokens" but of course there is no explanation of what they are or do, but I suspect they might facilitate this ๐
seems like we have an incident ๐
I'll keep you posted
my build using the latest versions of everything is not working at all, it is running for more than 3h now: f6119d8d-9c2c-4ac1-8373-acbde1e37dfb
because before doing the update the agent was just not responding anymore, but with the update the deployment is not working
Oh look we are permanently down again
Well, for anyone else who happens to get stuck on Mastra studio with this problem, I can confirm that as long as you ping the cloud service every few minutes, it will stay up. If you don't it will go down permanently.
We're using hyperping.com, a free app, to keep mastra up and running. Which is hilarious.
