Stutters while moving around the world
Currently playing Calamity with a few other QOL mods. I'm having this weird issue every time I load into my world. It runs fine 60 fps, but as I'm moving around the world, it does this random split second stutter/freeze. Weird thing is, it only happens 1 time after I enter that segment of the map. As an example, say I'm falling through my hellevator, it will pretty much stutter periodically as I'm falling down, but if I do it a second time, no stutters whatsoever. Thing is, everytime I quit out of my game or world, it does that every single time.
I've tried a few things I've found online, such as lowering settings, using certain steam commands, ect. but to no avail. Tmodloader is also using the correct graphics card and not the integrated graphics card. This stuttering also occurs without any mods active. It's by no means the end of the world, the game sorts itself out eventually, but it's still something that I hope can be fixed.

MSI GF63 Thin 10SC laptop
OS: Windows 10 Home
Graphics: Gtx 1650 MAX-Q alongside Intel-uhd graphics
CPU: Intel Core I5 - 10500H
Storage: Micron 500GB SSD
RAM: 8GB
