Can’t see video playback on linux

I have an issue with my desktop client. Some backed up videos can’t be played. The video itself plays but all I can see is a black screen. I’m using arch linux, and i’ve tried pacman, aur, flatpak, app image. Can someone help me out? Any dependency maybe?

You can turn streamable videos, but it doesn't fix every video
