Missing logs from a frontend-triggered global action
I have a global action that's called from the frontend inside a useEffect, and it logs the LCP score. It's been working fine and it still seems to work now, but I noticed a gap (last 14hrs) where no logs were recorded from this function. We had visitors and even a signup during that time, and the logs related to signup are there, but nothing from the frontend. Could this be something related to Gadget?

Hello,
Is this in production or development? In development, if you're not actively developing after 15 minutes, we pause the environment.
If that's not the case, could you please share the URL of the app?
Hi Antoine, it's production.
https://aqurate.gadget.app/
What page do you load to make it trigger?
Index & plans
Thanks
Should have been obvious since there are only 2 routes 🤦♂️ oupsie
No problem
I think that the gap might be legitimate. I'm looking at the session model and there weren't any sessions after 3pm EST on Nov 4th until Nov 5 at ~1am EST
Does that seem to match up with what you were seeing?
I was comparing the logs and the session model
yeah, no logs in that period. The signup was 50min later like 1:50am EST. The logs specific to installation process are there, also from the global action- getShopData, but nothing from that action with LCP. A log from getShopData action related to that signup => trace_id: 13f0fd7d396798b12ae80a002cec647e

The thing is that when I looked at the session records in comparison with the LCP logs, they looked to line up. I'm going to dig a little more to see what might have happened but I'm not sure that I'll find anything concrete
I couldn't find anything that pointed to issues in our system during that time
Hi Antoine. I didn’t respond earlier because I wanted to check how many sessions I see on nov 4th and 5th in Shopify admin, so I could compare them with the ones in Gadget. Interesting, because even if we had that signup, we have the same number of sessions. So thanks for your time and effort. I’m going to check my code in the app. Consider this case closed. Thanks again
