Version Downgrading Problem

whenever i downgrade my Minecraft version using flarial, then it downgraded (1.21.114)..
then after like 1 day it automatically crashes and updates to 1.21.120

I Have Turned off auto update in Microsoft store, still ITS AUTO UPDATING
