Storage quota exceeded but no buckets listed
Hey everyone! I need a bit of help with a storage issue.
I had an old project that previously had a paid plan, but I reactivated it recently under the Free plan.
However, the dashboard now shows the message:
“All services are restricted. You have exceeded your plan’s quota (Storage Size Exceeded). Your projects are not able to serve requests and will respond with a 402 status code.”
When I check the Storage → Files section, I see no buckets created — it’s completely empty.
So I’m not sure what’s consuming the storage quota (it says 1.2GB / 1GB used).
Could someone from the team please check if there’s hidden data or old buckets that weren’t deleted when the plan changed?
I’d like to clear the storage and continue using the project on the Free plan if possible.
