Issue with photos not syncing

After updating to 2.2.3 I noticed some photos are not syncing, and a lot of older previously uploaded photos are reporting as if they are not uploaded from my phone. I can see them on the web view though. I previously updated from 2.1.0. the issue could have started earlier, but I only noticed now. I am using docker compose, I don't have the script on me atm. But if it's needed I can provide it when I get home. Sorry, sending this from my phone.
