How to use Tanstack DB with paginated API

How to use Tanstack DB with paginated REST API? Similar to using useInfiniteQuery

you may find this discussion relevant! https://github.com/TanStack/db/issues/58 it struck me last time I was leaving a comment how similar the "union collection" and "infinite query collection" seem to be to one another! pagination is a bit like the different filters I'm messing with, but in both cases the request is to be able to handle many fetches / cache keys -- in one collection.

We've already added a useLiveInfiniteQuery hook and we'll be adding soon a way to incidentally load data https://github.com/TanStack/db/issues/612

Meaning it'll be released before 1.0 1.0 should be before the new year
