Everytime when i open the launcher I cant click play and after 2-3 seconds its shows this error tried reinstalling but idk how to fix this

but there is a difference between both
dns over https has the launcher resolve dns records (maps urls to ips) itself instead of using the system dns
proxy has the launcher pass internet traffic through cloudflare
