Machine learning potentially not working?

I have recently installed immich on my zimaboard 2 through zimaos v1.5.0, but the machine learning doesn't appear to be working.
I have reset the jobs but doesn't seem to have fixed it. I have seen other people have the same issue and the solution was to roll back immich version, I have tried doing that as well. I have changed it to version v2.0.0 , v2.1.0 with no luck
I also tried v2.2.2 and now I'm on v2.2.3 , but the issue still persists ( I changed this for both the immich machine learning and immich server). I'm not sure if I am missing anything obvious to make the machine learning run.
One thing to note no faces appear under people but weirdly some of the locations appear on the map, which I assume requires some form of machine learning, but that also showing all locations.
