Machine learning potentially not working?

Hi, I have recently installed immich on my zimaboard 2 through zimaos v1.5.0, but the machine learning doesn't appear to be working. I have reset the jobs but doesn't seem to have fixed it. I have seen other people have the same issue and the solution was to roll back immich version, I have tried doing that as well. I have changed it to version v2.0.0 , v2.1.0 with no luck I also tried v2.2.2 and now I'm on v2.2.3 , but the issue still persists ( I changed this for both the immich machine learning and immich server). I'm not sure if I am missing anything obvious to make the machine learning run. One thing to note no faces appear under people but weirdly some of the locations appear on the map, which I assume requires some form of machine learning, but that also showing all locations. I havent posted here before apologies in advance if I'm not following the right format, please let me know if you require any further details to help fix this issue.

Also I'm trying to copy the logs but it says there are too many characters, not sure if there is a way of obtaining a condensed version of the logs. Even though I have used immich for a while , I'm a noob when it comes to using linux

I'm guessing you installed the app using the zimaos store, so you should ask for support in their forums, since this platform is not officially supported
