extremely long time waiting for thumbnails to load
i'm having an issue where thumbnails take very long to load, especially getting worse the further down i scroll. some load relatively quickly, but some take even 5 seconds for the server to respond, which then slows down the ones after them due to the requests getting queued. i'm running immich on a proxmox lxc container with 3 cores and 4gb of ram allocated to it, on a pc with an i5-6500 and 16gb of ram. the issue doesn't seem to be caused by too slow of a cpu or too little ram though since immich is only using 1gb of ram and >10% of cpu when the issue occurs.

How are you connecting to the immich website?
it's all over my local network, both machines connected over gigabit ethernet so shouldn't be the issue

wait oh my god that does fix it, i remember changing something to make it port 80 just to make it easier to access but connecting over 2283 instead of 80 does fix it
