Mastra Speech-to-Speech for Next.js

I am wondering if we have a blog/guide for Next.js as well. The above one is for Node.js and I believe somewhat incompatible with Next.js since we are using modules like

@mastra/node-speaker

and

node-mic

node-mic

. I would love any sort of directions I could get regarding this.
