Transfer project to vercel organization
Hello everyone,
We’re experiencing a strange issue with our Supabase accounts and billing setup.
We currently have two organizations:
Pro Organization – on the Pro plan (billed through Vercel) with 2 projects
Free Organization – on the Free tier with 1 project
In our Vercel dashboard, all three projects appear as Pro projects. However, the project under the Free organization in Supabase is nearing its usage limits and will soon be restricted unless we upgrade or create another Pro organization directly in Supabase.
We’ve already opened a support ticket (SU-290614), but the response we received appears to be an automated message pointing us to project transfer documentation—which doesn’t solve our issue.
Any assistance or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
