Serverless Github deployment going to failed build straight away

I'm trying to set up a new serverless github deployment using the same Dockerfile I got from another deployment running without issues. The build shows as failed straight away with no logs whatsoever to troubleshoot it. Is there a known issue with builds atm? The workers just remain on Initializing, waiting for the build...
I've tried both Queue and Load Balancer just in case
