Public Endpoint Quality degradation on Wan 2.2 I2V 720p LoRA

Hi everyone, I could use some help with a Public Endpoint issue.
I’ve been using the Wan 2.2 I2V 720p LoRA public endpoint for image-to-video. A couple of days ago the quality was very good and quite stable, but now it has suddenly become much worse, without any big changes on my side.
Right now basically ALL my results look bad in one way or another:
  • the frame/scene often changes during the clip, even though my prompt clearly asks for a static camera and to keep the same scene/background;
  • when the scene does not change, the motion usually looks very unnatural, jerky or “broken;
  • sometimes random, strange objects appear in the frame that aren’t in the original image.
    Previously, I was getting good, stable results with a very simple prompt like:
    static shot, locked-off shot, tripod shot, subtle, natural animation of the existing image
    That exact prompt used to work fine on this endpoint, but now it produces the kind of issues I described above. I’ve attached an example result for reference.
    I tried:
  • keeping the prompts very simple and focused on “static camera / background stays the same / no scene change;
  • changing seeds;
  • adjusting settings like duration and prompt optimization.
    The issues still persist across multiple tests, so it feels like something may have changed on the container/model side for this endpoint.
    Could anyone please let me know:
    1) Is this a known issue with the Wan 2.2 I2V 720p LoRA public endpoint in the last few days, or is it just me?
    2) What is the proper way to contact the owner/maintainer of this public endpoint/container to report this quality degradation?
    3) If this endpoint is no longer recommended, is there a suggested alternative public endpoint for stable image-to-video on RunPod?
