Replace 2283 with 80 and connect via Tailscale?

Would replacing the 2283 port config with 80 be a useable and stable configuration? I'm wanting to make it easier for my family to get to the web interface without them having to remember a port number and how to use it (":"). We all connect via Tailscale so it shouldn't be an issue with port 80's lack of encryption (as far as my limited understanding has informed me).
