Troubles updating mods on Self-hosted Dedicated Server

Anyone know why I am getting and/or how to fix

So, because installing Hornslet 1.0 Rail Network (RailNetwork) ">=0.0.0" and Hornslet 1.0 Rail Network (RailNetwork) ">=0.0.0" is forbidden, version solving failed.

Getting when trying to install/update mods on a self hosted dedicated server. Logs attached.

Never mind, fixed it by just pausing the affecting mods (Mostly Hornslets train blueprints)
