Server is not reachable
Issue
Setup Immich on a Windows 11 Docker container using the Docker Compose walkthrough (https://docs.immich.app/install/docker-compose).
I'm able to access Immich via web browser on the host machine (10.0.4.95:2283). However, have been unable to access it on any other local device I've tried.
Troubleshooting
- Verified that both mobile and server are on the same version (2.2.3)
- Cleared Storage/Cache on mobile app
- Cleared cookies/cache on mobile browser
- Tried on Chrome/Firefox/Edge in incognito on both mobile and secondary pc
- Added an allow inbound/outbound connection rule for port 2283 through Windows firewall on the Host machine
- Added an allow inbound rule for port 2283 on router
Logs
Looking at the mobile logs, it looks like I get the same two (see attached).
1. Missing crucial offline login info - Logging out completely
2. Error in runInIsolateGentle for remote-sync
Additional Information
Not sure if this matters any, but I initially set up Immich on a Synology NAS (via Container Manager) and have been able to connect locally without issue, but it drastically slowed down the NAS and would crash running searches, so I installed it on my PC to be able to play around with it a bit more. I didn't have to implement any firewall rules to connect to it on the NAS.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.Hello, this is most likely a windows issue
We dont recommend windows partially for this reason, while someone may have some ideas, this isnt really an immich issue so it may be hard to help
Hey thanks for the reply. Well, I guess it's good to know it's likely not anything I did/didn't do. It'll be awhile before I can move it over to a device that can run it well and stay on 24/7
If you don't mind leaving this open for a day or two in case anyone has any ideas on it
Also allow inbound on your router for 2283 is a terrible idea, do not leave that up
Yeah, it's no longer up. Thanks for looking out though
