Lots of duplicate queries when using policy
Hi all, I get a lot of duplicate queries when using the following policy
The application is a HMS (hospital management system) with three roles, doctor, patient and contact which are linked to patient like how laravel daily posted here: https://laraveldaily.com/lesson/booking-api-laravel/profile-fields
<?php
namespace App\Policies;
use App\Models\Patient;
use App\Models\User;
use Illuminate\Auth\Access\Response;
class PatientPolicy
{
/**
* Determine whether the user can view any models.
*/
public function viewAny(User $user): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can view the model.
*/
public function view(User $user, Patient $patient): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can create models.
*/
public function create(User $user): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can update the model.
*/
public function update(User $user, Patient $patient): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can delete the model.
*/
public function delete(User $user, Patient $patient): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can restore the model.
*/
public function restore(User $user, Patient $patient): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
/**
* Determine whether the user can permanently delete the model.
*/
public function forceDelete(User $user, Patient $patient): bool
{
return $user->doctor()->exists();
}
